I was born in Atlanta, GA.
I started writing songs in high school after listening to a lot of Eminem, Tupac, and Lupe Fiasco. I wanted to be a rapper, but I never took the dream too seriously.
For my 18th birthday, my friends all pitched in to buy me a microphone as a birthday present. They wanted to help make my aspirations obtainable. I then decided to take music more seriously.
The following spring (2013), I released my first mixtape, 'Seasoned, Vol. 1.' The project featured 13 tracks and 50 minutes of my own songwriting.
One month afterwards, I had the privilege of performing songs from my new project in Center Stage, Atlanta, as part of the 6th Annual Kollaboration Atlanta Showcase.
Another month later, I launched '16th Sixteen,' a video series wherein I released a music video of me rapping 16 bars on the 16th of every month. The series lasted 16 months, and ended in August 2014.
Over the course of these past two years seriously creating music, I have succeeded in multiple contests, performed countless times around my university and hometown, and even opened for hip hop collective AMP Movement.
Currently, I reside in Athens, GA, where I am a student at UGA. I make and perform music around Athens and Atlanta regularly.
